**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Als **Team Lead Network & Security **führst und entwickelst 14 Mitarbeitende und arbeitest an der **Strategieentwicklung** des Unternehmens mit.
- Du bist für die **Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitenden** verantwortlich und unterstützt den Key Account Manager.
- Du hilfst bei der **Akquise von Netzwerk
- und Sicherheitsprojekten** bei mittleren und grösseren Kunden.
- Du beteiligst dich an der **Budget-, Ressourcen
- und Ausbildungsplanung** sowie an Zielvereinbarungen mit den Mitarbeitenden.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast **mehrjährige Führungserfahrung** und möglicherweise auch Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und Netzwerktechnik.
- Kenntnisse im Bereich** Cloud-Netzwerkarchitektur** sind von Vorteil.
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Lösungen des Sicherheitsherstellers **Fortinet **und des Netzwerkherstellers **Extreme Networks**.
- Du verfügst über fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
