**Job Description Summary**: For our Manufacturing Engineering department in the area of Repair, we are looking for a qualified Engineering Manager (M/F/d). The Manufacturing Engineering Manager Repair reports to Manufacturing Engineering Department Manager for OneBirr Manufacturing. In his/her responsibility, he/she ensures that the necessary technical documentation, equipment, and tools for production of hot gas parts are available on time and on quality.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Lead the manufacturing engineering team for Repair parts and processes
- Ensure that work is performed in terms of safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and regulatory compliance
- Ensuring all tooling, Programs and documentation are released and available to facilitate timely production start on the machines
- Ensuring that the entire team lives the LEAN culture, engage in KAIZEN personally as well as with the team
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of development and improvement projects as well as introduction of new products (NPI)
- Lead Capex budgeting and execution for Repair projects
- Monitoring of newly introduced technologies in production
- Implementation of risk (FMEA) and cost benefit analysis for every new development and process optimization
- Support in NCR processing together with the Quality Team and Production
- Ensure an open reporting culture
- Clear communication to key customer / business priorities to employees
- Generation and implementation of the budget for the current year
- Cross-divisional collaboration to ensure and meet the requirements
- Act as a coach to promote and develop employees

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on manufacturing, gas turbine parts engineering or similar
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage
- Good leadership skills - Decision-making, convincing, good communicator, and assertiveness
- Drive forward solution-oriented thinking and action
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Analytical and methodical working method
