**Your role**
- Co-design and maintain the strategic operating model of the Supply Chain organization, ensuring it remains fit for purpose to meet the ever-evolving needs and expectations of clients.
- Lead the resource management team, being responsible for the operating model and resources management of the Supply Chain function
- Manage senior stakeholders within the Supply Chain organization to allow the facilitation of decision-making on resourcing topics, as well as the resolution of resourcing challenges and conflicts.
- Maintain oversight of the organizational budget, including forecasting and workforce planning processes, in close collaboration with Group Finance.
- Lead the design and implementation of the Supply Chain training plan to support the development of skills across the Supply Chain organization and promote skills-driven decisions.
- Be responsible for the Supply Chain customer satisfaction process and for the continuous improvement of the survey methodology to ensure meaningful data is captured.
- Lead the analysis of satisfaction survey results and the preparation of management reports to translate client insights into actionable improvements of the Supply Chain service offering.

- You will report to the head of the Supply Chain Resources & Performance Management team, part of the Supply Chain organization, a function of Group HR and Corporate Services. Supply Chain was created to enhance value identification and delivery within the firm, supporting UBS with its third-party vendor management as well as with its Real Estate and Outsourcing footprint. The Resources & Performance Management team is responsible for the operational stability of the function.

- Extensive experience in resource management and customer satisfaction
- A solid understanding of organizational and operating model topics
- Strong advisory skills and the ability to appropriately challenge senior executives in a corporate setting
- The ability to convey highly technical concepts in simple terms, in many cases such that the content can be understood by non-technical audiences
- Project and change management skills
- The ability to work effectively with colleagues from a diverse mix of backgrounds and cultures
- Sharp Microsoft Office skills
- Solid analytics skills, including the ability to interpret and summarize data into managerial insights
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent English skills
