**Your responsibilities**:
- Integration in ongoing worldwide cutting-edge translational and clinical research projects in the fields of early detection and management of different acute and chronic cardiovascular diseases
- Leading high-impact manuscripts as co-first or co-last author according to your preference and/or profile
- Co-supervision of MD PhD and MD students
- Joint development of new international multicenter studies
- Joint organisation of international research meetings
- 2:3 work ratio on property at the institute
- Integration in clinical services if envisioned and feasible according to level of German language skills
**Your qualifications**:
- Experience in the field of clinical medicine and/or clinical trials
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Experience with statistical methods and academic writing
- Independent and organised way of working
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manner within different professional groups
- Solid knowledge of English is required; other languages welcome but not obligatory
