Clinical Research Physician – Phase III Rare Disease

Full-Time
• 12-Month Contract
• Onsite

Overview

We are supporting our client identify a
Clinical Research Physician
to provide
operational and medical support
for their Phase III Rare Disease studies. This role focuses on day-to-day clinical trial oversight, ensuring medical quality, protocol adherence, and patient safety across participating sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical oversight for ongoing Phase III studies, including site support and safety monitoring.
  • Review clinical data and ensure accurate documentation in line with GCP.
  • Support clinical operations in protocol implementation, site initiation, and monitoring activities.
  • Act as a medical resource for investigators, site staff, and internal teams.
  • Assist with adverse event review, benefit-risk assessments, and safety reporting.
  • Support preparation of clinical study reports and regulatory documentation as needed.
  • Participate in investigator meetings and site visits, as required.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years
    of clinical research experience, ideally in Phase III and/or Rare Disease studies.
  • Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial regulations, and operational trial management.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Patient-focused mindset
    with excellent clinical judgment and attention to safety.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
    .
  • Fluent in English; German or French is an advantage.
