We're looking for a **Global Mobility Associate** to join our dynamic team in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. No two days will be the same as you support international operations, provide excellent service to employees on the move, and help navigate the complexities of global mobility tax. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for learning, and a desire to grow in a supportive, fun environment.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Global Mobility Enthusiast: Be the go-to contact for employees on international assignments, offering guidance on **tax, social security, and mobility processes.**:

- **Compliance** Help ensure our team adheres to global tax regulations and processes, making sure employees are compliant in their work locations.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with **senior consultants, HR teams, and external partners** to keep everything running smoothly.
- **Hands-On Learner**: With senior-level support, you'll learn the ropes of **global mobility and tax**, take on more responsibility over time, and grow your expertise.
