As HR Generalist you will manage the HR strategy, in alignment both with the Corporate HR Strategy and the local business operational priorities, to ensure the achievement of short and long-term business results.
In particular, you will be in charge of:

- Talent Acquisition;
- Talent management & development;
- Training;
- Compensation & Benefits;
- Admin & Policies;
- Data & Reporting.
- Responsibilities

You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or a related discipline. A master's degree in a pertinent discipline would be an asset.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, ideally in an international environment.
You have interpersonal skills and demonstrate professional maturity.
You are able to question the status quo and demonstrate initiative, creativity and proactivity to ensure the evolution of the HR services.
You have demonstrated teamwork abilities and are at ease with giving coaching.
You have good knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
