- Under the general supervision of UNCTAD ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia the consultant will undertake following duties: - Coordinate at the national level he implementation and alignment of business processes with the new Digital Customs Platform. - Ensure that the new Digital Customs Platform meets operational and regulatory requirements - Ensure that the ASYCUDAWorld business rules, workflows, and functionalities are incorporated into the new system design - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation activities to ensure all GRS business requirements are met - Ensure business-side project milestones and deliverables are achieved within scope and time - Provide regular project status reports and updates to key stakeholders in the preparation of the technical and functional specifications to support the development of the Digital Customs Platform
