What you do here
BRAND MARKETING
Support the Brand Management Team with daily operations
Manage internal forecasting processes across the portfolio
Support in conception, briefing and implementation of various marketing activities such as launch plans, product and packaging developments with global appeal
Brief and manage of external agencies for brand activation concepts
Assist in day-to-day management of selected brand portfolio
Support management of open sales assortment for airport boutiques
Support product stickering according to global legal regulations
Prepare internal and external marketing presentations
Manage digital content and support with data management project
TRADE MARKETING
Manage the development of high-quality product samples for internal & customer meetings as well as trade shows
Support the management of our global promotional calendar with a focus on the Europe region
Manage sample requests
OVERALL SUPPORT
Develop internal reports incl. proactive sharing and presentation
Support in managing ad-hoc customer requests related to product information
Manage of global sample shipments
Support the Marketing team with internal meetings and events
Support the development of process documentation incl. collection of relevant material and coordination of meetings

Marketing and/or Business studies (Bachelor degree preferred)
Fluent in German and English
First professional experience within the FMCG environment preferred
