Being bold and out-of-the-box isn't just encouraged — it's basically our brand. **Deine Aufgaben**: - Lead the data team alongside the product owner, guiding data scientists, ML engineers, and analytics engineers, and actively contribute to various initiatives. - Participate in developing and implementing data and ML models, focusing on finance-related products like financial risk, credit rating, and document extraction. - Develop the team's hard and soft skills, ensuring motivation, growth, and well-being. - You are responsible for the technical aspects of our products including code quality, system architecture and technical planning. You are a sparring partner for the team for architectural and conceptual discussions. - Ensure the team's output aligns with the company's strategic objectives and key results. - Constant learning and gathering business know-how on how the financial processes work and evolve over time. **Deine Fähigkeiten**: - 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or ML engineer, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience. - Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams and familiarity with Scrum. Financial domain experience is a plus. - Strong foundation in probability, statistics, mathematics, and ML techniques. - Very good expertise in SQL, Python, and related libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, Pytorch, TensorFlow). - Initial experience with bringing models to production in a cloud-based environment using technologies like Kubernetes, Google Cloud Services, Airflow, and Kafka is advantageous.
