Being bold and out-of-the-box isn't just encouraged — it's basically our brand. **Deine Aufgaben**: - Lead a data team of ~6 alongside the product owner, guiding analytics and machine learning engineers, while actively contributing to various initiatives. - Help maintain and further develop and shape our various category management related products (e.g. profitability, provider reporting, performance program for brands, provider order reliability) - Develop the team's hard and soft skills, ensuring motivation, growth, and well-being. - You are responsible for the technical aspects of our products including code quality, system architecture and technical planning. You are a sparring partner for the team for architectural and conceptual discussions. - Ensure the team's output aligns with the company's strategic objectives and key results. - Constant learning and gathering business know-how on how the category management processes work and evolve over time. **Deine Fähigkeiten**: - 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer or data scientist, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience. - Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams and familiarity with agile methodologies. - Experience with ETL, data modelling, data analysis and reporting using BigQuery, Dataform, and Tableau.
