**Job Description**:
Our client is a Swiss International Engineering and Construction development company in the fields of infrastructure and energy with aspirations to grow as an international developer, investor and contractor for projects in strategically selected high growth infrastructure markets.

Based in Zurich, they are looking for a **CONTRACTS Manager** (M/W)

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Monitor progress of construction and O&M contracts and subcontracts and systematic recording of deviations
- Participate in the preparation and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Lead of the supplementary management in cooperation with the project management
- Conduct contractual correspondence, notification of disabilities, registration of additional costs
- Register and submit supplementary claims
- Monitor time limits and notify adjustments to time limits
- Create of lists and manage order changes and supplementary offers
- Coordinate contract law issues with the legal service
- Enforce warranty claims against subcontractors and suppliers
- File and manage audit-proof contract documents

**SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 10/15 years experience ideally in the field of INFRASTRUCTURE engineering projects (not Real Estate)
- Completed training as construction or project manager with good knowledge of contract law or commercial / legal training with good knowledge of construction project management
- Professional experience in the area of supplemental management / contract management
- Experience in with standard forms of contracts such as FIDIC and NCE
- Negotiation security in written and spoken form

**WORKING PLACE**:Zurich**

**MANDATORY**:

- Fluent in GERMAN and English
- EU Passport

**Qualifications**:
Contract law or commercial / legal
