**Your role**
- Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? Are you a strategic, solution-oriented thinker and problem solver? We are looking for someone who can help us support our sophisticated Clients in LATAM:

- You will:
- process and monitor orders (stock exchange, subscriptions, payments, etc.) as well as daily cash management
- be responsible for all administrative concerns such as complex account openings, maintenance and account closings
- deal with complex client requests in direct client contact
- assist in preparing investment proposals and providing the Investment Advisor with product and market related information
- prepare client meetings and business trips
- attend client meetings together with the Investment Advisor
- keep in contact with internal and external clients

**Your team**
- You will provide efficient support to our Investment Advisors for HNWI, while being part of the Client Service Team LATAM in Geneva. We are a team of Client Account Managers covering various front desks and markets across Latin America in Geneva and Zurich. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

**Your expertise**
- Proven banking experience, ideally work experience in a similar client-facing role
- profound knowledge of UBS internal tools (CAWB, CBD, Subitop)
- a proper risk behavior with an understanding of the challenging regulatory environment
- excellent organizational and communicational skills
- fluent in Spanish and English (both speaking and writing is a must); French is an advantage
- a highly motivated team player with a sense of responsibility and the ability to easily adapt to a challenging environment
- a detail-oriented and reliable person
- highly motivated and a quick learner as well as diligent and discreet
- able to work under pressure and the attitude to do things right the first time
