The Project Management group in the Portfolio and Project Management division bundles and consolidates the change management resources and expertise required to successfully manage complex, corporate-level projects and programs of a transversal and/or transformational nature.

This position focuses on the delivery of several technical projects for the Buildings & Infrastructure department and includes projects for building management systems, Implementation of security systems (fire, intrusion), replacement of business continuity relevant electrical installations (e.g. emergency diesel generators) and other projects to be started.

These projects are mainly in the Geneva area, but some projects need also to be managed in Zurich. The mission of the Senior Project Manager is to successfully manage and deliver the projects within the frame of scope, budget, planning and quality. The projects will be managed on a day-to-day basis in order to deliver the required products/solutions within the constraints agreed with the Project Owner.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Deliver the projects to the satisfaction of the Project Owner and customers, within the agreed constraints, following the project management framework and guidance
- Establishing an agreed initial project scope and objectives with the Project Owner at the start of the assignment;
- Managing the assigned project(s) on a day-to-day basis in terms of scope, budget, planning, quality and risk&issues
- Close cooperation with the maintenance team on site
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with the customer(s), Change Owner, Steering Committee and other stakeholders;
- Communicating with stakeholders in a timely and appropriate manner;
- Managing the quality, safety and security aspects of the project’s activities and deliverables in accordance with the applicable regulations and company directives
- Managing external suppliers
- Preparing for formal gate reviews, including ensuring the completeness, quality and timely submission of all required information

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of professional experience in a science, engineering, or technical oriented discipline.
- Professional project management certification - IPMA level C, or PMI PMP, or equivalent level of professional experience in the project management discipline.
- 5 - 10 years' experience as a Project Manager in similar function (buildings and infrastructure)
- A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects of increasing complexity and crossing more than one domain or department
- Strong stakeholder management and communication ability on all hierarchical levels and with internal and external stakeholders
- Very good verbal and written command of English, fluent in French or German
