Summary

**What we offer**:
As Talent Acquisition Manager you are the Center of Excellence in the region for all areas of talent acquisition and recruitment, for Hyatt in the Europe, Africa and Middle East Region. You will be part of the regional Human Resources Team, based in Zurich Switzerland and report to the RVP DEI & Talent. In specific you are covering the following areas of responsibility:

- Lead the recruiting efforts for positions in the Regional Office
- Oversight and coordination of the college/university recruiting efforts for the region
- Partner in the design, communication and implementation of Global/Regional recruiting standards and structures
- Oversight and maintenance of and recruitment supporting tools such as technology, selection assessment and recruitment metrics.
- Actively support Hyatt’s opportunity youth hiring program, RiseHy.
