Would you like to make an impact in the development of our employees' careers? Are you ready to unlock the potential of our employees? We are looking for a Talent and Development Partner - GWM, who will help us to go to the next level:

- Support the European T&D Partners and HR BPs as well as the GWM business leaders to translate GWM business needs into an effective talent and development strategy
- Design, develop, implement and evaluate our Flagship Program: The Future of Wealth Management in 3 different locations (Zurich, New York, Singapore/Shenzhen)
- Coordinate all our stakeholder meetings (HRBP Huddle, 1GWM Learning Team meeting, etc)
- Be first point of contact in GWM for the Global Learning Week and support the Global roll-out
- Responsible for vendor management, incl. onboarding, payments, engagement

Your team focuses on offering strategic advise to the HR BPs and the business, equipping our employees with world-class professional development so they remain the best in the industry, providing line manager development so they can be the culture carriers we need to drive an inclusive and high performing workforce, and we are helping employees to achieve their career ambitions by providing support on career mobility

**Your expertise**

Your expertise:

- Strong expertise in developing global programs (events)
- Great communicating skills (English) to have an impact and to engage our employees and stakeholders
- Ideally 1-3 years previous experience working in talent management and / or learning
- Strong client focus and eagerness to drive business growth
- Ability to collaborate with partners from the business and UBS University
- Hands-on involvement and focus on getting things done
- Effective organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
- Desired: GWM business experience
