Pour plusieurs de mes clients (Industrie, Service, Retail) basés en Suisse Romande, je suis à la recherche d’HR Business Partner afin d’accompagner leur croissance.

**Missions**:
Vous êtes garant de la politique RH au sein de l’entreprise;
Vous soutenez les processus de recrutement ainsi que l’ensemble du cycle de vie des collaborateurs (on boarding, entretiens de performance, formation, évolution, absentéisme, entretiens de départ );
Vous gérez les paie (+100 collaborateurs) ainsi que le suivi des cas maladie et accident;
Vous supervisez la formation continue et le développement des collaborateurs;
Vous participez aux projets et à l’amélioration continue des processus RH;
Vous animez les événements relatifs à la vie de l’entreprise ainsi qu’aux départs à la retraite;
**Profil**:
Vous êtes titulaire d’un brevet fédéral de spécialiste RH ou formation universitaire équivalent;
Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience significative de plus de 5 années dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines en Suisse;
Vous possédez d’excellente connaissance de la législation Suisse;
Vous avez de très bonnes qualités relationnelles et vous êtes reconnu pour vos compétences d’écoute, de sens la confidentialité et de bienveillance;
Vous avez la capacité à gérer des situations difficiles et/ou sensibles;
Vous principaux atouts sont votre esprit d'équipe, votre autonomie, votre proactivité ainsi que votre curiosité;
Vous parlez couramment le français, l’anglais et idéalement l’allemand.
