- **Junior CRM** at our Zurich office, you will be working in the German-Speaking Switzerland Team and be the point of entry for all operational requests from our Business Developer and clients.- You will bring your communication skills, your ability to work independently and your excellent interpersonal skills to a service-oriented team that will appreciate your motivation, high quality standards and networked thinking. Your organisational skills and thoughtful approach to your work will also enable you to maintain an overview even in hectic situations. Your sense of responsibility, pleasant manner and outstanding client focus will be key attributes for supporting the team and our external clients.**Your role**:

- Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Acting as the main contact/support for independent asset managers for operational matters, working closely with the Senior CRM responsible.
- Independently handling telephone and written requests from independent asset managers as part of day-to-day business.
- Receiving and processing foreign exchange orders and payments.
- Maintaining different administrative dossiers (e.g. corporate actions, IPOs, etc.).
- Opening, maintaining and closing relationships with independent asset managers.
- Providing assistance with account opening, management of pending items and document management.
- Managing and updating our CRM tool.
- Attending client meetings and providing general support.
- Handling correspondence with independent asset managers.

**Your profile**:

- Banking apprenticeship or corresponding education with banking experience.
- Experience of working with independent asset managers would be a plus.
- Skilled user of MS Office programmes (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Native speaker of German with good English skills; knowledge of French would be a plus.
- Reliable and resilient and with a strong sense of responsibility as well as the ability to see tasks through to completion and multi-task.
- Able to grasp new things quickly and fit into a team easily.
- Keen sense of initiative and independence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and at ease working with clients.
