**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Das Application Management für SAP S/4 & SAP Cloud for Customers (C4C) bringst Du täglich voran
- Du entwickelst und implementierst standardisierte Geschäftsprozesse
- Du stellst Die Qualität Geschäftsprozess sicher durch kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung im Einklang mit den strategischen Geschäftszielen
- End-to-End Prozessentwicklung und das Lifecycle Management, sowie die Lösungskonzeption, Dokumentation und Training gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Ausserdem bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen operativem Business und IT

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen o.ä.
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle konntest Du sammeln
- Du besitzt ein sehr gutes Verständnis / eine hohe Affinität zu IT-Lösungen inkl. fortgeschrittener Erfahrung in ERP-Lösungen (SAP)
- Ausserdem sind Dir Geschäftsprozesse im Kundenservice eines Unternehmens geläufig
