Jet Aviation invites you to lead our Financial Planning, Analysis, and Controlling function for the EMEA region, based in Basel. Are you the strategic, dynamic finance executive ready to steer our financial operations and enable sustainable, profitable growth across a diverse, international landscape?

**Your Role**:

- **Lead Regional Finance Excellence**: Lead a high-performing finance organization, guiding a team of over 60 finance and accounting professionals across the EMEA region. As a trusted business partner to the SVP Regional Operations and Group CFO, you will set the direction for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring alignment with our global strategy.
- **Be a Catalyst for Transformation**: Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across the region. Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism and integrity, both internally and externally, upholding our values and reputation within the General Dynamics network.
- **Drive Strategic Business Impact**: Deliver insightful financial analysis and recommendations that empower our leadership to make bold, data-driven decisions. Lead the preparation and review of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow, and champion the creation of robust financial models to support future business planning.
- **Champion Compliance and Best Practice**:Ensure rigorous adherence to local GAAP, US GAAP, and group accounting policies. Oversee internal and external audits, drive process standardization, and maintain the highest standards of financial integrity and transparency.
- **Inspire and Develop Talent**:Foster a culture of trust, performance, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop strong successors, ensuring our finance teams are equipped to support Jet Aviation’s growth and transformation initiatives, including SAP S4 and other key projects.
