As our Scrum Master you will work as part of the Agile Transformation, Service team aimed at accelerating Takeda's journey towards business agility through coaching, facilitating, and mentoring. You will be part of a cross-functional team of Agilists aimed at supporting all levels of Agile adoption throughout Takeda.

You will act as a facilitator and advocate of the Agile/Scrum practices in alignment with a product-centric organization. You will coordinate, support, and assist all aspects of product development.
Collaborating closely with the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.

You will be a leader with the ability to influence, teach and guide teams and stakeholders towards lean business agility using Agile practices and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Facilitate team ceremonies from sprint planning to demonstration as well as tracking progress and achievement of the team goals at daily stand-ups using burndown charts/cumulative flow diagrams.
- Help other teams and conventional parts of the organization build effective communication and interaction with the team.
- Lead workshops and training sessions on topics such as story pointing, user story creation, prioritization
- Help develop a generative culture of sharing risk and responsibility
- Help create an environment of continuous learning and improvement
- Ensure that feedback loops are short and that what is learned is used for improvement

**Education, Behavioural Competencies and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in Agile development working as a Scrum Master
- 4+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
- Thorough understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean practices
- Understanding of design thinking, DevSecOps, and CICD pipelines a plus
- Experience with Jira
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.
- Comfortable leading multi-day workshops and training modules.
