To strengthen our Intelligent Industry team, we are looking for an **Intern in Data Science / Management Consulting (M/F/d) for a period of 6+ months**

**Bring to life what's next**:

- Support the senior team in developing proof of concept (PoC) products, such as LLM Chatbots for Smart Industrial Application
- Assist in organizing design thinking workshops and develop customer journeys
- Conduct market research
- Help create content on Digital Engineering, Smart Products, Data Strategy, and Digital Transformation and track engagement metrics
- Support the senior team in organizing and structuring the deal pipeline and create convincing proposal decks

**Your qualifications**:

- **Academic excellence**:Outstanding master’s degree in a renowned University in the field of Business or Technology
- **Industry knowledge**:Initial work experience in Innovation, Data Science and/or Digital Marketing through previous internships, with an understanding of Design Thinking and Value Proposition Design
- **Consulting experience**:Initial experiences in consulting and project management are preferred
- **Conceptual talent**:Rational thinking and the ability to combine technological understanding with strategic evaluation and implementation work, i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured and hands-on work style, coupled with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment to self-responsibility regarding deadlines and an entrepreneurial mindset. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Communication and presentation skills**:Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in German or French (C1 level) is mandatory, along with strong presentation and communication skills.
- **Digital affinity**:Strong affinity and appreciation for Data Science and Digital Transformation, with proficiency in PowerPoint and other marketing software tools.
- **Cultural fit**:High reliability, team spirit, and personal alignment with the values of a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation and openness to travel; integrity).
- **Duration of employment**:Minimum of 6 months
- **Work permit**:Must possess a valid Swiss work permit.
