**Mission**:

- Responsible for delivering Virtual and Hybrid events from kickoff to post-meeting review.
- Responsible for coordinating internal and customer teams for Virtual and Hybrid events creation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead projects following our high-quality standards and best practices to ensure great clients' experience.
- Make sure all of the events are executed within the agreed deadlines.
- Use our powerful Backstage CMS to tailor-made the clients' apps and to ensure the best participants experience before, during, and after the event.
- Brief and manage the assigned operations team (Live coordinator and Live producer)
**Requirements & Skills**:

- Fluent in English
- French, German, or other language will be considered as strong advantage
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, always meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, high-standards achiever without excuses
- Excellent computer skills and tech-savviness
- Proficiency with Microsoft package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
- Eligible to travel internationally, if necessary
- Past experience in an Event Agency, PCO, or other event-related position is a plus.
