Business Operations Associate

What You'll Do
**Support the CTO**: Assist with day-to-day priorities, prepare briefings and
decision materials, follow up on delegated tasks, and help resolve issues. Act
as a trusted point of contact for the CTO within the Innovation Excellence
team.
**Coordination within the Innovation Management Team (IMT)**: Facilitate
alignment and collaboration by preparing agendas, documenting meetings,
and tracking key actions and decisions. Support planning and execution of
IMT workshops and meetings.
**Coordination and Communication**: Act as a liaison between the Innovation
Excellence team, the CTO, and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient
information flow. Connect workstreams and identify opportunities for
collaboration across teams.
**Decision Making and Issue Resolution**: Prepare clear and concise materials to
support decision-making processes, including summaries, options, and
recommendations. Track implementation of decisions and proactively identify
and escalate potential issues.
Who You Are
Early-career or experienced professional with a degree in business,
engineering, innovation management, or a related field.
Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment, with strong
organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills, adapted to
different target groups, including top management.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with
SharePoint or Power BI is a plus.
Interested to explore different digital / AI tools
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and collaborating with diverse
stakeholders.
Business fluent in German and English in spoken and written communication
