**Your role and responsibilities**:
As a Pricing Subject Matter Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving and implementing ABB’s global Price Optimization systems across a $2 billion business, covering parts, services, and solutions. In this role, you will work cross-functionally at multiple levels, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to successfully ensure the delivery of our long-term Price Optimization, CPQ, and ERP roadmaps. This will be achieved through the implementation of consistent data structures, processes, and tools on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and process stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with other ongoing ABB initiatives. This role encompasses the full lifecycle, from running pilot projects to executing global implementation. Main Accountabilities You will engage with business stakeholders to gather feedback on pricing programs and assess new initiatives driven by the Global Leadership Team. Ensuring consistency in pricing operations, you will participate in system integration and convergence projects. You will define and propose alignment models across sales organizations and divisions while driving rigorous compliance in all business areas. A key focus will be initiating projects that enhance our existing ecosystem and drive automation, ultimately elevating both price operationalization and analytics. You will actively contribute to the price strategy formulation process and work closely with IT, IS, and Data Warehouse teams to ensure proper data mapping, alignment, and seamless migration across systems. Additionally, you will develop rollout statistics, comparing the current and future states, and conduct training sessions to drive adoption and best practices.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- To be successful in this role, you bring a bachelor’s or higher degree in business and at least five years of experience in project management, pricing tool implementation, CPQ tools, or other pricing technology implementation projects. You have hands-on experience with agile project methodologies, ensuring proper agile ceremonies are in place across teams.
- Your expertise in price management, finance acumen, and operations is complemented by a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end IT systems. You have functional knowledge of SAP or other business-related ERP systems. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- As a strong thinker with a clear can-do attitude and a pragmatic approach, you excel in facilitating alignments between different functional stakeholders. You are comfortable presenting complex topics to diverse audiences, both in person and remotely. Your solution-oriented mindset allows you to combine customer focus with business acumen when contributing to business case modeling or shaping self-service reporting.
- You have the capability to turn data and analysis into meaningful insights and learnings. This role requires flexibility, with a willingness to travel up to 40% of the time. No relocation is required.
