- Our People Solution Partner team at Corporate Centre is looking for a maternity cover.
- In this role you will be the People Solution Partner for Group Audit and Group Strategy employees at Corporate Center (CC) as well as some CC activities, providing expert HR advice, assessing, defining and driving people implications of our long-term business strategy.

- Guide and influence leaders on the planning and implementation of effective HR processes e.g. performance management and compensation practice
- Provide oversight and guidance to leaders in the interpretation of policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local laws and guidelines
- Advise management on personnel and employee relation cases
- Coach and support leaders to enhance or change culture
- Work closely with the CC CoE leads to ensure that projects and processes are effectively implemented, providing feedback on their effectivenes

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience providing strategic HR Consulting in a transforming working environment
- Proven track record in successfully managing end to end HR responsibilities in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Experience with compensation and performance management
- Strong relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to effectively build trust and credibility with senior level management
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English required
