**Koordinator*in Logistik/Supply Chain 100%**

**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Auftragserfassung, -bearbeitung und -verfolgung für Fachhandelspartner und Endkunden
- Auftragsverwaltung/-steuerung (über EDI-Schnittstelle und Internet-Portalen)
- Telefonischer Support für Fachhandelskunden (Preisauskünfte, Produktberatung etc.)
- Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen und Beschwerden
- Kontrolle der Produktverfügbarkeit
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Aussendienst, Direktvertriebsteam, Logistik und Marketing, sowie Kundendienst und Muttergesellschaft

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
- Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Assistent/in im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain
- Sehr versiert mit Excel und MS-Office Anwendungen, von grossem Vorteil SAP
- Stilsicher in Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Logisches, vernetztes Denken und Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
