**Missione**:
Sviluppare, implementare e migliorare le attività di Logistica e Supply Chain per ottenere una maggiore disponibilità di semilavorati e prodotti finiti per le filiali del Gruppo, terzisti e clienti.

**Mansioni**:

- Pianificazione dei fabbisogni per i semilavoratori al fine di garantire la copertura delle esigenze di produzione interna in conformità con il piano di consegna e le quantità richieste
- Gestione approvvigionamenti
- Controllo e movimentazione delle merci in giacenza (inventario e coordinamento dei magazzini)
- Costruire relazioni a lungo termine con reparti operativi, enti di approvvigionamento, fornitori, terzisti e guidare il miglioramento continuo sulle forniture e Inventory Management
- Pianificazione ed organizzazione delle consegne del prodotto finito
- Sviluppo di previsioni, report e KPI per la domanda e il consumo di pezzi di ricambio e risparmi sui pezzi di ricambio per le varie parti interessate

**Il Profilo**:

- Laurea o diploma equivalente completato con successo in Ingegneria o Economia e Gestione d'impresa o Operations & Supply Chain Management
- Pregressa esperienza con focus sulla Supply Chain - o Spare Part - Management costituisce un valore aggiunto
- Solida conoscenza dei programmi MS Office; gradita ulteriore conoscenza dei sistemi Windows e gestionali ERP
- Spiccata capacità analitica
- Capacità di implementazione ed ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra
- Eccellente capacità organizzativa e orientamento al risultato
- Esclusivamente madrelingua italiana
- La conoscenza della lingua inglese è un plus
