**Role Overview**
Provide excellent administrative assistance and support to the HR team and employees to ensure effective, qualitative and consistent delivery of HR services throughout the company.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Understand, analyse and answer employees and managers requirements regarding HR matters.
- Support the HR Department in payroll related matters (salaries, lunch vouchers, leasing).
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Training organisation (book rooms, send reminders to participants, attendance lists, collect required documents and prepare the co-financing process, etc.).
- Support the Hiring process (contract execution, contract signature, onboard new joiners...).
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Ensure that HR processes and methodologies are correctly communicated, known and applied.
- Deal with other administrative tasks (sickness, maternity and parental leaves, annual leaves etc )

**Who you are**:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources position
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Fluency in English both verbal and written, any other European languages will be a strong advantage.
