Das **Center for Philanthropy Studies (CEPS)** ist ein interdisziplinäres Universitätsinstitut für Philanthropie und Stiftungswesen der Universität Basel. Das CEPS verbindet international anerkannte Forschung mit der praktischen Umsetzung in Weiterbildungsangeboten. Zur Stärkung unserer Weiterbildungs
- und Forschungstätigkeit suchen wir **per 1. November oder nach Vereinbarung** ein:e Hilfsassistent:in.
**Ihre Aufgaben**
In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie unser Team mit einem Pensum von **12 Stunden pro Woche**. Ihre Tätigkeiten umfassen das selbstständige Bearbeiten administrativer Aufgaben im Bereich der Weiterbildungsadministration sowie die Unterstützung bei laufenden Forschungsarbeiten.
**Ihr Profil**
Sie studieren Wirtschaftswissenschaften im Hauptfach oder Nebenfach. Zudem haben Sie die Vorlesung „Einführung in Nonprofit Management“ besucht. Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse, eine sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie sichere Anwendung des MS-Office-Pakets werden vorausgesetzt. Ihre Arbeitsweise ist exakt, strukturiert und zuverlässig. Idealerweise haben Sie Arbeitserfahrung im administrativen Bereich. Ein gemeinnütziges Engagement in der Freizeit ist ein Plus.
