**CONTEXT**

TimeVallée is an exciting startup which belongs to the Richemont group and has been created in a disruptive mindset to bring a new experience to luxury watch customers.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

As part of the Group Distribution performance team, your main responsibility is act as a business advisor to the TimeVallée organization by providing them precise and relevant analysis of their data and performance as well as additional quantitative/qualitative elements for their operational excellence. Responsibilities will consist of:
**TV Analytics**:

- Conduct the full analysis for the TimeVallée network: Sell out, dashboard development
- Prepare business analysis presentation: traffic analysis, customer insight, sell out trends, product insight.
- Stock efficiency analysis by store and brand
- Manage monthly boutique targets in coordination with the markets/Business development team.

**SWM Ad-Hoc Analytics Benchmarks**:

- Assist SWM with Group benchmarks about ad-hoc analysis of their network and performance

**Data Management**:

- Focus on retailization projects and accompany TimeVallée in its transformation
- Liaise between TimeVallée projects and group initiatives such as Booster 2.0, data initiatives (master data alignment, data science etc.)

**Other related tasks**:

- Support invoicing process of TimeVallée:

- Consolidate sales base for fee calculation; keep calculation conditions up to date with the latest contractual agreements
- Prepare the final fee amounts to be invoiced and communicate to respective finance departments
- Ensure completeness and correctness of the deliverable by performing regular reviews
- Support planning process (Budget and LE):

- Based on budget / LE, calculate estimates of future TimeVallée revenue from fees calculated based on current contractual conditions
- Support preparation of related deliverables to respective finance departments

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Degree in Finance, Business Analytics or related disciplines;
- 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably in retail industry) in business planning and controlling department;
- Highly analytical and detailed oriented;
- Strong Proficiency with Excel, Power Point;
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge in Chinese & French is appreciable;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude;
- Very strong commercial and financial acumen;
- Ability to work with different departments (commercial, marketing, digital);
- Strong agility
