Am Standort Visp wird ein/e Deviation Manager gesucht. In dieser Position werden Sie in einer Support Funktion GMP gerechte Dokumentation im Auftrag für die Clean-Utilities Logistik und Betriebshygieneteams sicherstellen. Informationsbeschaffung und Interpretation sind zentral für diese Schnittstellenfunktion.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Verantwortlich für die operative Führung des Teilbereichs Reinigung mit über 50 Mitarbeitenden
- Erstellen der Tagesplanung im zugeteilten Team
- Planung und Organisation der GMP Reinigung
- Dokumentation der Reinigung
- Schulen und Überwachen der Qualitäts
- und Hygienestandards
- Erarbeiten und Entwickeln von Konzepten und Mitarbeit in Projekten
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Prozessabläufe und Dienstleistungen in der Reinigung
- Mitarbeitergespräche

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Gebäudereiniger EFZ/Facility Management oder Studium in einer relevanten Fachrichtung
- Führungserfahrung in einer gleichwertigen Position und Freude an Führungsaufgaben im Bereich Reinigung
- Erfahrung im Reinraum und gute Kenntnisse der Hygiene
- Mikrobiologische Grundkenntnisse
- Integrität und hohe Selbst
- und Sozialkompetenz
- Konzeptionelles, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse
- Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägter Teamplayer
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
