Our dynamic team of technology and industry experts provide the training, support and consulting needed to successfully deploy, integrate and rollout Qlik products.

**The Consultant Role**

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. You will play a critical role in delivering high-impact data integration and analytics solutions using the Qlik product set. Acting as the solution architect (at times hands-on), you will guide our clients through complex data journeys — from architecture and implementation to deployment and adoption.

- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end data and analytics solutions using Qlik’s products (Qlik Sense, Talend) and related technologies.
- Play a critical role in customer success by identifying and addressing their data and analytic challenges, helping them extract value from Qlik’s products.
- Quickly establish strong, trust-based relationships with customers, quickly gaining “trusted advisor” status ensuring exemplary delivery standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Partners) to ensure customer success and solution adoption.

In this role, you’ll make a significant impact by:

- Driving the successful implementation and ongoing use of Qlik products, ensuring customers gain real business value from their data and analytics solutions.
- Helping clients understand business needs, translate them into technical architectures, and implement robust, scalable solutions to help customers overcome their operational challenges.
- Own customer engagements from discovery through delivery, providing technical leadership and strategic guidance throughout.
- Be a thought leader on analytics and data best practices in technology, organizational processes, and governance.
- Supporting business development efforts, including sales activities, by providing technical insights and assisting in the generation of new business opportunities.
- Presenting Qlik’s Professional Services offerings to both existing customers and new prospects, ensuring the value of our services is well understood.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions, helping Qlik evolve to meet the needs of a changing market.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Deep experience designing, implementing and operating data analytics, data integration, and business intelligence solutions—ideally with proven experience in Qlik solutions (Qlik Sense, Talend).
- Knowledge and experience of cloud ecosystem technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure or AWS.
- Proven experience successfully leading multiple technical engagements, including driving expansion, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and retention.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Ability to work well individually and within a cross-functional (and sometimes geographically dispersed) teams and experience coaching team members.
- A background in consulting, with a focus on professional services with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiating skills to quickly establish rapport and credibility at all levels within an organisation.
- Security clearance or prior clearance

**Languages**:

- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German are a plus.

**The location for this role is**:

- Switzerland or Belgium

**Travel Requirement**:
This role will require travel to France and occasionally within EMEA to meet with customers.
