The Company is experiencing a phase of growth, and the Accounting Team is looking for an

**Accountant**

The new colleague will directly report to the Finance Director of the company.

As Accountant,_ **you will be responsible for the following duties**:_
- Maintaining accounting databases by entering data and processing backups on a daily basis.
- Verifying invoices, statements, and credits received, resolving any discrepancies with invoices, statements, credits and/or vendors.
- Preparing payments with proper documentation.
- Managing the reconciliation of bank statements by comparing statements with the general ledger.
- Maintaining all internal controls for accounts payable.
- Recording of warehouse movements.
- Managing end of month closing process and preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
- Mantaining contacts with foreign offices.

- Vocational training in Accounting (University Degree in a related discipline is an asset).
- At least four years of professional accounting experience gained in Switzerland.
- Good knowledge of various Accounting and Reporting Systems.
- Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
