Mandate Reporting Working Student

Are you a passionate working student with a keen interest in the financial services industry? For our client reporting team in Zurich, we are looking for a working student (80%) to support our daily operations for our institutional client base.

The team is well embedded within our Institutional Clients area and has multiple interfaces into Data Engineering teams and Business Teams such as Sales, Portfolio Management or Performance Measurement. Process automation, a modern technical environment, data topics and a client-oriented service play a big role and are important for our work. We communicate openly in our team and encourage everybody to contribute to improvements and solutions. We are determined to deliver output efficiently and support our clients greatly, just as we would like to be served by ourselves.

In your responsibility, you will handle parts of the day-to-day operations on your own and at the same time deliver excellent support services to internal and external clients.

**What would your role be?**
- Manage reporting production cycles.
- Support new client onboarding tasks, setup reports or report templates.
- Participate in project related work if required and perform user acceptance testing.
- Manufacture manual reporting if required and participate in achieving its automation.
- Contribute to high quality services and support delivery.

**What are we looking for?**
- Strong interest to learn and an ownership mindset.
- Great attention to detail as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills till it’s done.
- Technical knowledge, e.g. SQL or similar for data analysis tasks.
- Being able to manage tasks and the follow up on your own, being proactive and structured, not afraid to asks questions and to sort out topics.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills in English and German to collaborate easily between engineering teams and other services and business areas.
- Financial services industry knowledge is a big plus.
