In the context, we are currently looking for a **Scrum Master **to join our team.

Your **missions**:

- Coaching the Agile Team to adopt and work in agile, within the Agile Release Train
- Coaching the Agile Team to forecast realistic sprint contents with a sustainable pace
- Helping the Agile Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
- Helping the Agile Team to focus on quality first and continuously improving their development ipeline by adopting DevOps and agile practices
- Organizing all Scrum and SAFE events in a positive, productive atmosphere and keeping them within the timebox
- Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
- Helping the team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
- Facilitating a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team
- Helping the team to adopt continuous improvement in each sprint and PI, acting on retrospectives in a proactive fashion
- Building a high-performing team
- In team with the release train engineer, train and coach the organization in its successful agile adoption

You'll be the **perfect match** if:

- You have a strong experience as Scrum master and you have an agile mindset
- The SAFe framework has no secret for you
- You are collaborative, a good team player and you have good communication skills
- You are organized and methodic
- You have a good know-how of agile frameworks / methods such as Scrum, Kanban, XP
- You have PSM or CSM certification
- You speak english and french, german is a plus
