System Administrator

**What you're going to do**:
Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring a seamless IT environment for an international team? At Adnovum, our IT infrastructure is the backbone of our operations, supporting software engineers, testers, business analysts, and more. We are looking for a motivated System Administrator to join our global IT team, to provideing essential 2nd
- and 3rd -level technical support and maintaining our hardware and software environments.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, configureing and administering both physical and virtual infrastructure, and supporting our local and global teams. You will have the with ample opportunity to grow hone your skills, work independently, and collaborate with colleagues across different locations. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Providing 2nd
- and 3rd -level technical support for both the hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Installing, configuring, and administering physical and virtual infrastructure devices and infrastructure services (Windows and macOS)
- Troubleshooting and resolving system and end
- user problems using by means of a ticketing system
- Participating in regional -level server and network administration
- Performing scheduled maintenance and changes on the regional/local IT infrastructure, systems, and services
- Supporting new colleagues regarding IT cases (PC, hardware, software)
- Providing technical assistance for company events and presentations
- Having Keeping daily contact with the Ssenior Ssystem Eengineering team members located in Budapest, Zürich, Singapore, and Vietnam
- Communicating with third -party providers
- Building an internal wiki with technical documentation manuals and IT policies
- Working in a hybrid way with opportunity for home office opportunity (weekly 1-2 days in the office a week based on business needs)

**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in 2nd
- and 3rd -level IT support
- Good knowledge of M365 technologies (including Microsoft Exchange)
- Advanced knowledge level of administering Microsoft -Windows -based desktops (Windows 10, Windows 11) and macOS
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, 3rd-party antivirus serviceMS Defender)
- Good knowledge of M365 technologies
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, server configuration) would be a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (Active Directory, SCCM, 3rd -party antivirus service)
- User-friendly attitude, willing to help employees solveing their daily issues with the IT infrastructure
- Fluency in English
