**Capomondo** est une société de services qui soutient les marques du groupe Luigia (Capocaccia, Luigia, ByLuigia) opérant dans le secteur de la restauration avec innovation, passion et engagement pour la satisfaction du client. Notre groupe est en pleine croissance et se développe en Suisse et à l'étranger. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Operations Manager qui mettra ses compétences et son expérience professionnelle au service des activités du groupe et de la réalisation de ses plans de croissance.

**Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes**:

- Gestion de l'ensemble des opérations
- Coordination de toutes les équipes de travail impliquées dans le processus
- Optimisation des opérations et respect des budgets
- Enquêter sur les pertes de stock, les écarts de coûts alimentaires et les coûts variables
- Analyser les performances commerciales et proposer des stratégies d'amélioration
- Garantir les normes de qualité des produits
- Être responsable de l'exécution de l'ensemble des processus informatiques, financiers, humains et d'approvisionnement dans les restaurants.

**Compétences requises**:

- Expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans cette fonction
- Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion et d'organisation
- Excellente connaissance du progiciel Office et en particulier d'Excel (la connaissance du système Lightspeed est considérée comme un atout)
- Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
- Flexibilité et capacité à résoudre les problèmes
- Une excellente connaissance du français et italienne sont essentielle et une bonne connaissance en anglais.
- Volonté de déménager et de voyager
