To support the growth of our partner in Bern, we are seeking a Customer Advisor specializing in the buying and selling of precious metals.

**Job description/Responsabilities**
- Ensure a warm welcome, provide informed advice, and ensure careful follow-up with clients.
- Control and analyze various items.
- Provide advice on investment strategies.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the smooth operation of the agency.
- Develop the existing client portfolio to contribute to the agency's revenue growth.

**Profil**
- Education in sales, commerce, watchmaking, or jewelry.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Developed commercial sense.
- Meticulous and comfortable with numbers.
- Initiative and proactiveness.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Professional experience in the field is a plus.
- Native English or German language proficiency with knowledge of the other language.
- Clean criminal record with no ongoing legal proceedings.

Occupancy rate: 50 to 100% to be defined.
