Workplace Strategist

**Meine Aufgaben**
- Work closely with the entire Swiss / German team to develop and deliver world class workplace strategy, portfolio strategy and change management services
- Collaborate with the broader European team for strategy, standards/practices, processes and technology solutions
- Innovative research, utilizing key tools and strategy models
- Undergo data collection and analysis in efficient and effective manner to provide excellent end user experience (running surveys, interviews, focus groups and workshops)
- Set up and deployment of online surveys
- Structure, analyse, and synthesize primary and secondary research and data (quantitative and qualitative) to assist in generating actionable client briefs
- Highlight opportunities, barriers and solutions in the run up to achieving agreed milestones
- Collaborate across internal teams to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace methodology
- Strengthening Design solutions by providing greater insight into the clients’ drivers for workplace change
- Support in conducting post occupancy surveys for clients
- Maintaining project timeline, finances, and deliverables

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Thorough understanding of workplace research, metrics and strategy models, (Activity based working, Agile working, etc.)
- Experience in conducting quantitative and/or qualitative research
- Understanding of Organisation design and development models
- Interest or experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, furniture, or construction, especially around Workplace
- Demonstrated capability delivering projects and working on multiple projects concurrently
- Making complex ideas accessible and simple
- Change / transformation management
- An interest in developing new tools and methodologies
- Experience of engaging with Workers Councils is a plus (especially for applicants living in Germany).
- Fluent German and English. Please note, that this job positing is in English, as this is our business language at Unispace, and it is the language by which you will communicate with other
- Strategy team members across Europe. However, this role requires intensive engagement with client teams in Switzerland and Germany. Business fluent (minimum C1 certificate)
- German and English are strictly required. Additional language skills are always helpful.
- Client orientation. This is a client-facing position. Applicants need to have the right mix of charisma, professionalism, and boardroom polish necessary to drive client teams.
- Experience with InDesign or other graphic software is helpful.
