**À propos du rôle**:
Notre client est une structure au rayonnement international et leader dans son domaine. Afin de venir rejoindre son équipe Innovation, nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e Chef de projet Innovation têxtile durable.

Nous recherchons une personne qui puisse allier ses connaissances techniques en têxtile au développement de nouveaux concepts.

Tu feras partie intégrante du département Innovation qui possède un esprit start-up, mais il ne faudra pas oublier que tu fais partie d'une entreprise mondialement connue dans le monde du luxe.

**Descriptif des tâches**:

- Recherche et qualification de matériaux innovants et durables:

- Rechercher et identifier les matériaux innovants durables pertinents (en particulier les têxtiles) pour les différents partenaires du groupe
- Gérer les relations avec les startups et les fournisseurs
- Coordonner les tests de qualification mécanique et chimique
- Construire des partenariats de développement de matériaux
- Mettre en place et piloter plusieurs partenariats de développement de matériaux/processus innovants avec des startups et des universités
- Fournir des preuves de concept (proof of concept) et des matériaux prêts à l'emploi à mettre en œuvre dans les collections
- Animation de la communauté interne et externe
- Animer et mettre à jour la matériauthèque
- Fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction générale
- Animer le partenariat avec les acteurs institutionnels externes

**Nous recherchons**:

- Vous êtes idéalement diplômé en d'ingénierie têxtile
- Vous possédez au minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire (une expérience en innovation têxtile et en développement durable est un atout)
- Un diplôme en développement durable est un plus
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance et une expérience de l'industrie du têxtile et de la mode
- L'anglais courant est obligatoire pour ce poste. Vous devez avoir un bon niveau en français. L'italien est un plus
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec MS-Office, en particulier MS PowerPoint
- Vous êtes une personne à l'écoute active, curieuse et organisée, avec une forte passion pour la durabilité et la gestion du changement
- Vous aimez animer des communautés et avez de grandes compétences sociales
