**Your role**
- Are you interested in working in finance and have an eye for detail, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We are looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program within our Group Sustainability and Impact.

You’ll get to:

- help us identify opportunities on which to collaborate with our client facing partners
- support business growth by providing client insights
- provide sales analysis and reporting to address opportunities and gaps

**Your team**
- The role is part of the Group Sustainability and Impact (GSI) Insights and Solutions team in GSI COO. This team objective is help accelerate our firms’ journey in becoming the bank of the next generation by curating, creating, and delivering world-class content and experiences that differentiates us in the market and drives the bottom line. In addition, the team will equip our workforce so that they can protect our reputation and grow our business more effectively.

**Your expertise**
- is currently enrolled in studies and will graduate in late 2025 or 2026
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is interested in sustainability, social impact and philanthropy
- is comfortable working with data and presenting findings
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start date: July 2025

**Your program**
- During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.

You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
