**HR Integrity Investigations Lead**:

On behalf of the global Robotics and Discrete Automation Business Area, the HR Integrity Investigations Lead is responsible for investigations relating to potential violations of the Code of Conduct from an HR perspective. The position will have primary responsibility for ensuring investigations are undertaken in line with the corporate policy and process and will assist directly in some select cases. In concert with the local teams, this role will employ, develop and manage investigative internal and external resources, including reports, to ensure prompt and thorough investigations and remediation.

BA HR Head, RA

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full life cycle of case management for a broad spectrum of HR related matters
- Prepare detailed investigative reports including case summaries and findings and make recommendations for proper action and resolution
- Meet specified timelines for deliverables regarding scheduled interviews, producing reports and other relevant deliverables in accordance with the Company’s investigation framework
- Track, interpret and report on trends; proactively identify issues and recommends appropriate solutions
- Facilitate employee relations related training and education for leaders and the HR community
- Provide feedback and insights to assess effectiveness of the Company’s integrity program

**Your background**:

- University degree in Human Resources, legal studies or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience; preferred qualification includes three (3) years of investigative experience
- Strong case management skills
- Knowledge of investigative interviewing techniques
- Ability to assess and negotiate complex, highly sensitive situations
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with peers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain impartial and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in the use of technology and data analysis, and reporting
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to explain complex issues.
- Fluency in English is essential, German language skills would be advantageous.
