We are LEDCity, a cleantech start-up founded in Zurich, with the goal of reducing energy consumption in the lighting sector worldwide by 80%. To achieve this, we are developing a globally deployable lighting system that uses sensors to control the lighting according to demand.

Tasks
- Ability to build up the marketing team according to the company's tasks.
- Do it yourself mentality and ability.
- You understand our target audience and customer potential. Through research and analytical skills, you will improve our reach and conversation rate.
- With your know-how in content marketing and automation tools, you will support our sales team by conceptualizing and implementing lead management.
- Using various web analysis tools, you will evaluate defined KPIs and implement appropriate measures to improve them.

**Requirements**:
Your Must Have's
- Master's or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, business informatics or a similar.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in online performance marketing - ideally in the B2B sector.
- High digital affinity and expertise in the most important KPI and performance measurement tools (SEO/ SEA, Google Analytics etc.) as well as knowledge of CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce etc.)
- Experience in online advertising, campaign creation, LinkedIn as well as Google Ads maintenance and optimisation.
- Confident in working with numbers and data to create analyses and reports.
- Strong hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team as well as willingness to take responsibility.
- Fluency in German and excellent oral and written English skills.

Your Nice to Have's
- Spanish and/or French language skills (written and spoken)
- Further training in digital marketing, business analytics, marketing automation or similar.
