**Organization Setting and Reporting**

Your title will be Digital Marketing Trainee and you will report directly to the to the Marketing Team of the company for a period of 3 to 6 months. After this first phase, depending on a joint evaluation, a permanent employment is possible, but not guaranteed.

**Duties**

As the AgAu.io project is in a “Startup Phase”, you will have the opportunity to execute on a vast range of duties and responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate Marketing Strategy and idea generation to create campaigns
- Prepare correspondence; memorandum; reports and presentations
- Research special topics as assigned.
- Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.
- Develop and produce marketing material
- Organise event participations and make sure that AgAu is always well represented
- Set up and execute (digital) marketing initiatives
- Collect, qualify and engage marketing leads
- Assist in content creation
- Research markets, landscapes, and use cases to provide the team with actionable insights

**All About You**
- Deep interest in new Marketing Methods, Social media and ability to design and execute campaigns
- Deep understanding of Social Media Marketing Channels
- Knowledge of Paid Media Platforms (eg. FB, Google, Linkedin etc.)
- Basic IT infrastructure and software knowledge
- Interest in disrupting technologies such as Blockchain/DLT
- Administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office; eager to learn new business tools
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to exercise discretion and appropriately handle confidential information
- Excellent customer service skills and a team player
- Solid inter-personal and communication skills
- Proactive, autonomous and self-driven
- Well-developed sense of responsibility and confidentiality

**Languages**

English is the working language; while fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of another language is an advantage, in particular Spanish, German and French.
