**Deine Verantwortung**
- Gesamtleitung und Koordination der Group Finance Projekte, inklusive Personalentscheidungen für projektmanagementbezogene Aufgaben
- Planung, Umsetzung und Budgetierung der (Teil-) Projekte bezüglich Lieferobjekte, Termine und Ressourcen
- Erarbeitung von Fachkonzepten und eigenständige Bearbeitung wichtiger fachlicher Projektthemen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops, um die Projekte aktiv voranzutreiben
- Koordination der Aufgaben mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses und der bereichsübergreifenden Kommunikation
- Aktive Nachverfolgung, Auswertung, Dokumentation und Steuerung der Projekte
- Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung korrektiver Massnahmen
- Aufbereitung von Managementpräsentationen und Analysen
- Periodisches Reporting des Projektfortschritts
- Arbeitspensum: 80 - 100%

**Deine Qualifikation**
- Hochschul
- oder Universitätsabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft (vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen) sowie Weiterbildung zum Wirtschaftsprüfer oder Experten in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Leiten und Umsetzen von Projekten im Finanzbereich, vorzugsweise in der Financial Services-Industrie
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Rechnungslegungs
- und Controlling-Prozessen
- Versicherungskenntnisse und IT Affinität von Vorteil
- Präzise, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Teamorientiertes Denken und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr guter Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
