PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across all BioPharm markets
- Build and explore in-depth understanding of the customer's business, industry, strategic direction & competitors
- Develop strategic, value added partnership with the customer by working with the key decision makers & influencers to position long term strategic issues and solutions
- Build understanding of full WC’s capabilities and service/product offerings in the customer arena
- Deal with all aspects of specific marketing campaigns, tradeshows & seminars
- Identify, qualify and prioritize all potential opportunities related to the account(s)
- Engage regional WC operatives to identify opportunities to position their services into the account(s)
- Work with multi-functional departments to guide development of solutions to the customer
- Deliver solutions which are highly valued by the customer as high impact, complex and strategic
- Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve quality through specific metrics, customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Identify risk areas & build and manage contingency to mitigate
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Graduate degree
- Languages: Fluent in German & English. French, Italian an asset
- Experience working with pharmaceutical/life science industry would be beneficial
- Professional experience in Business development in the transport sector
- Outgoing, energetic personality
- Good communication skills, verbally & written,
- Good relationship building, and presentation skills
- Motivated to succeed
- Goal oriented
- Strong customer focus
- Self dependent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to follow procedures & instructions
- Able to provide relevant information on request
