**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of Bioprocess Engineers
- Responsible for all process procedures, MES recipes oversight and release, ensuring compliance with the related Bioconjugates SOPs
- Responsible for all documentation related to process stream
- Main point of contact for project team (including MES, MSAT, QC, QA), customer and process related questions during audits / inspections
- Perform Deviation
- and change management
- Ensure that operational activities for manufacturing are performed in a timely manner and within given safety and quality standards.

**Key requirements**:

- Solid work experience in Downstream Processing or BioConjugates Manufacturing in the biotech/biopharma industry
- In-depth knowledge of downstream processing techniques
- Very good GMP understanding
- Excellent communication skills in English, good German skills of advantage
- Emphasize collaboration and teamwork with an open and dedicated approach
