Then you might be interested in this opportunity What we are looking for in you: - Experience in building communication strategies that support the business - Extensive knowledge of how to lead communication by defining, planning, executing and performance measuring - Experience in both external and internal communication and strong project management skills - Quick thinking and talent to convert complex topics into relevant creative content - Excellent writing skills in various text styles in both, German and English - Strong interpersonal skills and capability to manage internal and external stakeholders in a high-level business environment **Responsibilities**: In this position you are responsible for the integrated communication planning and execution, together with your Communication Operations Team. You will: - Lead and develop a team of 5 Communication Business Partners & Specialists - Be responsible for the weekly Editorial Meeting and the annual content planning - Be responsible for the development and timely delivery of the integrated communication agenda - Be responsible for the translation process, budget and agency management in the Swiss market - Set clear goals and KPI’s to measure the impact of integrated communication and secure the budget connected to it - Report to the Country Communication Manager Our team is the voice of IKEA. We use words, pictures and videos to tell the story about IKEA, to build our brand and inspire people with our offer.
