- Sonova Group is looking for a forward-thinking, strategic leader to join our team as the Global HR Business Partner Hearing Instruments, R&D & Reliability. This role requires a strategic approach to HR and a strong focus on building high-performing teams, developing a positive organizational culture, and ensuring the deployment of effective HR policies and programs.**Your tasks**
- Strategy: Establish, implement and maintain HR activities and programs to support our business unit's strategic objectives. Collaborate with VPs, Directors, and HR managers across regions and business units
- Organization: Drive the growth of our business unit with a goal to create an effective, high-performing organization. Build a professional and modern HR management structure and develop group policies and standards
- Culture: Foster a shared identity within our business unit, aligned with the Sonova Group's culture. Create an environment that promotes high engagement and top performance.
- HRM Processes: Define HR processes and ensure they are implemented according to group standards and local customs and regulations
- Development: Drive portfolio management, identifying and developing talent while managing low performance. Identify training needs and develop programs accordingly
- Engagement: Oversee actions to increase employee engagement and implement measures to retain performing and dedicated staff
- Compensation & Benefits: Deploy compensation programs that maximize performance, including salary ranges and bonus structures
- Controlling: Define strategic road maps and KPIs for the HR department and monitor their achievement
**Your profile**
- University degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources
- 10-12 years of HR experience, ideally in an industrial environment. Experience in FMCG or MedTech is a plus
- Knowledge in Business administration, up-to-date HR knowledge, project management, presentation skills, market knowledge, and organizational skills
- Social skills: Openness, natural curiosity, flexibility, willingness to compromise, proactivity, risk tolerance, analytical thinking, authenticity, adaptability, critical faculties, readiness to decide, and out-of-the-box thinking
- Driven and enthusiastic, with a keen interest in progressing skills. Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in German and English is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SuccessFactors/SAP is beneficial
